We require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) as soon as possible to proceed with a rental agreement. Please ensure that the COI includes the following information:
- Policy Number
- Coverage Details
- Effective Dates of Coverage
- Name and Address of the Insured
- Name and Address of the Certificate Holder
