Refund and Returns Policy

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom-designed products (lens caps, Pelican case tags, UV-printed items, and anything made from a design you submitted) are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded, except when an item arrives damaged or defective, or materially differs from the approved design. If that happens, email Gear@CineBear.LA within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we will repair, reprint, or refund at our discretion.

Stock Items

Non-personalized items (BearStud™ mounts, pre-labeled lens caps, and similar stock products) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Email Gear@CineBear.LA for a return authorization before shipping anything back. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Rentals

Rental reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before scheduled pickup; later cancellations may be charged one day’s rental rate. See our Terms & Conditions for the full rental agreement.

Damaged in Transit

If any order arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph everything, and contact us within 14 days — we’ll take it from there, including any carrier claim.
